Coenzyme Q10 occurs in the human body in two forms, between which it constantly alternates: oxidized ubiquinone and reduced ubiquinol. Because Kaneka Ubiquinol™ Coenzyme Q10 is already available in the active antioxidant form, the initial conversion process does not take place when it is taken.
